I'm Wacho. I design brands and websites from Quito, Ecuador, and I lead design at an agency for clients in the US and Canada. This is how I work:

What people ask before they start.

Why one payment?

Because the big work happens once: understanding your business, writing, designing, building. What comes after (hosting, security, small changes) is included for the first year.

And after the first year?

You renew for $180 a year and everything stays the same. If you don't, I send you the full export so another developer can host it. Your domain is in your name from day one.

How and when do I pay?

By card, PayPal or bank transfer, before the first interview. The 10 days count from the interview and your payment.

What if I change my mind?

If you cancel before the first interview, I refund everything. If we have already started, you keep what is built.

What do I need to give you?

Twenty minutes on a call about your services, your area and how you want customers to reach you. If you have a logo and photos, even better. I write the copy.

What if I don't like how it looks?

You get two rounds of changes, and nothing goes live until you say so. Progress reaches you by email or WhatsApp, and you can review it from your phone.

Who owns the site?

You do. The design, the copy and the files are yours, and the domain is in your name from day one. If one day we stop working together, I send you the full export so another developer can host it.

What if I need more than 5 pages?

They are added separately, like a shop, booking or a blog. Tell me what you need and I will tell you the cost.

Can I pay in parts?
